Leadership Ready™

Leadership Ready™ is a six-month developmental learning experience that prepares high-potential emerging leaders to assume future leadership positions. It includes seven core competency modules that help emerging leaders work more effectively with others, handle increasing levels of responsibility, and take ownership of their leadership growth.

After completion of the program, participants will be equipped, motivated, and ready to:

  • Distinguish themselves as credible, active contributors who achieve results
  • Raise their visibility and pursue future leadership opportunities
  • Regulate their language, emotions, and physical presence in challenging situations without jeopardizing team morale, their career or the company’s reputation
  • Confidently build strategic, inclusive relationships at any level
  • Position themselves in ways that increase their influence and gain cooperation from others

Leadership Applied™

Leadership Applied is an 18-hour leadership program delivered over 6 sessions. The program is designed to help current and future leaders develop the skills needed to be results-oriented leaders invested in the development of their team and the success of the organization.

In this program, participants will:

  • Identify and engage the team to be inclusive and work collaboratively.
  • Guide the team to perform at their highest level possible while feeling fulfilled.
  • Coach employees to improve performance and increase responsibilities.
  • Create a culture of clear communication, trust, and transparency.
  • Equip the team with the skills needed to navigate challenging periods of change, conflict, and uncertainty while maintaining high performance.

The Leadership Sounding Board

Program Description

Research shows that thriving leaders deliver exceptional results because they constantly develop core leadership skills while tapping into the power of sounding boards, timely feedback, and micro-coaching opportunities. The Leadership Sounding Board is a nimble company-embedded program designed to help leaders develop and improve 12 core leadership skills, reinforced with a just-in-time sounding board and micro-coaching sessions.

WSG’s on-demand core curriculum is designed to equip leaders with 12 key skills necessary to thrive in leadership. We define "thriving" as having extraordinary personal, professional, and team productivity, performance, and purpose.
