Sable Badaki has over 20 plus years of domestic and international human resources experience in corporate and consulting; she specializes in providing practical solutions for building, attracting, and retaining diverse teams for improved bottom-line results. Her expertise spans across the USA and several countries in Africa in the public and private sector in several industries from finance, telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, to name a few. Her professional experience includes:
- Designing and implementing HR strategies that reflect HR best practices and incorporated local cultural traditions and company traditions for the largest public sector bank in East Africa
- Leading a diversity initiative for Fortune 100 focusing on improving race and gender diversity to reflect its global customer base
- Building a talent pipeline within diverse communities for positions traditionally held by non-diverse populations
- Developing and implementing talent development programs focused on developing high potential diverse talent through mentoring, succession planning and sponsorships
She holds a Masters in Strategic Human Resources from Walden University. Sable is the recipient of the 10,000-women Goldman Sachs award for women nominee for Yale Visiting Executive Exchange Program, and IFC mentor.
