Deborah joined the consulting world in 2019 with extensive experience as a Human Resources executive. She has also worked in world class organizations with complex businesses including Prudential Financial, Allstate Insurance Company, The Hartford and CIGNA. She is a key advisor to senior leaders to influence bottom line results during times of great change. She has been successful at collaborating with partners across organizations to develop and execute important leadership initiatives. Deborah is a proven leader of HR teams focused on setting and executing strategic plans, while creating and sustaining a positive, open and innovative climate.
Deborah also has experience supporting smaller organizations with a wide range of HR practices including benefits, performance management, recruiting, workers’ compensation and Covid-19 processes.
