Cynthia Rojas has spent 14 years as Vice President for Strategic Advancement at a nonprofit organization where she led fundraising and development, research, quality management, communications, and human resources. Prior to that, she served as a Manager to a company that organized large scale tradeshows and conferences.
Cynthia has designed a curriculum for leadership training programs and trained countless mid-level leaders and new managers. She has also mentored and coached early-career individuals and has proudly promoted over 50% of her staff. Today, Cynthia spends her time working with organizations on talent development, change management, diversity and inclusion, and infrastructure development.
Cynthia received her Master’s in Research Methods from Hunter College in NYC and is currently working toward her doctoral degree in Organizational and Leadership Development at Southeastern University in Florida. Cynthia is a storyteller and usually finds a storytelling community during her travels.
