Chantae Campbell has been a trusted advisor working on issues of race, equity, and social justice for more than 8 years. Prior to joining Workplace Success, Chantae was a public policy fellow at the Connecticut State Department of Education where she helped draft the state’s plan for the Every Student Succeeds Act.
She has worked as a program manager at the Connecticut Council for Education Reform, a state-level policy and advocacy organization. Chantae is also a co-founder of Radical Advocates for Cross-Cultural Education (RACCE), a community-based policy and advocacy organization that uses research and data to propose solutions to educational inequities in Connecticut’s urban districts.
Chantae received her bachelor's degree in Public Policy Studies and Chinese from Duke University. In her free time, Chantae enjoys reading, hiking, and brushing up on her foreign language skills.
